DSL or ADSL (Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line) ,
is a newly introduced technology into the Lebanese market , providing digital data
transmission over the telephone network using an independent line with high speed
Broadband Internet reaching as fast as 18 times as your normal Dialup modem connection. |

You need the following to have an ADSL connection
• Basic Telephone Line.
• ADSL modem provided by TerraNet.
• Filter for each telephone or fax machine installed |

To apply to TerraNet’s ADSL internet connection you need to fill
out the required documents listed on
this page, and apply at our main offices. |

The needed documents for the ADSL
applications are:
Filled TerraNet application form and signed by owner of telephone line.
1) Copy of telephone line owner identification card (ID).
2) Copy of last telephone line payment receipt.
3) Filled and signed TerraNet Delegation form by owner of telephone line.

| Eventually this service will be
provided all over the Lebanese regions, but it is at phase 1 at the moment, where only 10 areas
are equipped to provide the DSL service through the telephone network. We will keep you posted
of DSL deployment progress by updating the list of DSL availability posted on our DSL page. |

| If an Internet line is already
installed, it will be used for ADSL with a reduced installation fee of 6$. In case, no
Internet line is installed, your line will be configured to be used for both DSL and for
phone calls but installation fee will be $44. |

| Yes, the present ADSL packages are
subject to bandwidth quota download shared between upload and download over the monthly period
of subscription. |

| At the time of signing the application
you can choose to extend your quota limit if you exceed your monthly traffic or simply your
account stops. |

|
|
The payment of the subscription of
this service will made through an automated bank withdrawal from the customers bank account
with a pre-agreed upon arrangement for this payment.
