have your E-mails under this domain name (i.e. name@company.com.lb),

customer needs and requirements.
If you do not want to set up a mail server at your own premises, Managed Mail
is the solution you are looking for! We can create as many E-mail addresses as
you need at TerraNet’s mail server. You will have to connect to TerraNet every
time you need to read or send E-mail. You can either use a regular mail reader
such as Outlook or TerraNet’s Webmail interface.
This solution is best suited for small companies with less than 20 E-mail
addresses, regardless of whether or not you have a dedicated Internet
connection. You will be given a special username and password to login to
TerraNet Corporate Area (TCA) in order to manage your mailboxes. You can
add, remove, and change passwords for mailboxes without reference to
TerraNet.

If you plan to set up a mail server at your own premises, TerraNet can help you
do this setup. TerraNet will set up a corporate mailbox at the mail server. All
mail destined to anyone@company.com.lb will be saved in a specialized
mailbox. Your server will be configured to automatically connect to TerraNet
every 30 minutes or every hour (based on your need) to retrieve all mail
destined to your domain and at the same time send all mail destined to the
Internet.
This solution is best suited for medium to large size companies that do not have
a dedicated Internet connection. You have full control of your addresses; you
can create as many addresses as you need without reference to TerraNet, and
without additional charges. You can also change passwords and delete
mailboxes right from your desktop. You will be charged a fixed amount per
month no matter how many mailboxes you open.
Microsoft Exchange server is a powerful groupware and messaging server that
is used by many corporations for E-mail, scheduling, and other groupware
applications. Exchange requires special handling in order to exchange E-mail
with an ISP over a dialup connection. This special technology is called ETRN
(Extended Turn). TerraNet mail server supports this method of mail delivery
for corporate clients who have their own exchange server.
This solution is best suited for medium to large size companies who do not
have a dedicated Internet connection. Again with this service you can
create, delete, and change passwords for your mailboxes from your own server
